TCG Computer Repair is a small Saskatoon based company. We have been working with computers for many years and have watched the evolution of Windows since it was a baby. Computers have always been a passion for me in particular. Since childhood, I needed to know how things worked. Computers have always provided that challenge for me. It is an ever evolving field which keeps us learning. I once heard someone say that “If you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life.” That person was right
My wife and I do the majority of the work out of our home. We have a team of people that we work with on a contract basis. We have chosen this team because of their specialties, their passions and their integrity. Our work ethic is such that we will fight to the bitter end to try to save a computer. Unfortunately, as my wife can attest to, after many suppers missed and sleepless nights spent trying to fix issues, there are just sometimes when we have to deliver bad news and tell someone that the cost to fix it will exceed the value of the computer.
So often we hear about people who have had a bad purchasing experience or have had return to their specialist every few months to get their systems cleaned out. We don’t believe that is the way it should be. What we provide are tools to stop these cycles. We know that if you are happy with our service you will tell you friends. We hope that if you are not happy that you tell us so that we can try to resolve the problem.
I would like to say that we are a “mom and pop” type of business. We don’t believe in taking advantage of people and we want you to feel comfortable with your computer specialist. We believe in community and the Saskatchewan way of life.
